Please read these terms carefully before using Monturalearn. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who we are

Monturalearn is an online GCSE learning platform operated by Monturalearn Ltd, registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Monturalearn Ltd. References to "you" mean the person using the platform.


2. Who can use Monturalearn

Monturalearn is intended for students in Years 9–11 preparing for their GCSEs, as well as their parents and guardians. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental consent before creating an account. By registering, you confirm you are either 13 or older, or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@monturalearn.com immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Monturalearn offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@monturalearn.com.


7. Intellectual property

All content on Monturalearn — including lectures, flashtiles, questions, graphics, and copy — is owned by Monturalearn Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.


8. Disclaimer of warranties

Monturalearn is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific grade outcomes.


9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monturalearn Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.


10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
