Monturalearn is used primarily by students under 18. We take the privacy of young people extremely seriously and comply fully with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code).
1. Who controls your data
Monturalearn Ltd is the data controller for all personal data collected through the platform. If you have any questions about how your data is used, contact us at privacy@monturalearn.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Name and email address when you register
- Year group and exam board preference to personalise your experience
- Performance data such as quiz scores, flashtile results, and past paper analytics
- Usage data such as pages visited and time spent on the platform
- Payment information processed securely via our payment provider — we never store card details directly
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to:
- Provide and personalise your learning experience
- Track your progress and generate performance analytics
- Send you important account and platform updates
- Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by email or through the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
