Need help accessing the platform?
If you are experiencing any accessibility barriers on Monturalearn, contact us at support@monturalearn.com and we will do everything we can to help.
Our commitment
Monturalearn is committed to making our platform accessible and usable for all students, including those with disabilities, learning differences, or additional needs. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a minimum standard.
Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is part of how we build from day one.
What we currently support
- Keyboard navigation throughout the platform
- Screen reader compatibility with semantic HTML and ARIA labels
- Sufficient colour contrast across all text and UI elements
- Responsive design that works on all screen sizes and devices
- Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
- Clear focus indicators for keyboard users
Learning differences
We design our content with readability in mind. This includes clear, plain-English explanations, short focused sessions that avoid cognitive overload, and a clean interface that minimises unnecessary distractions.
We are actively working on additional support features for students with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences. If you have specific needs or suggestions, we genuinely want to hear from you.
Device accessibility
Monturalearn is fully functional on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. We do not require any special software or plugins. The platform works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform are still being improved. We are aware of the following and are actively working to address them:
- Some older lecture content may not have full captions — we are adding these progressively
- Some interactive quiz elements are still being optimised for screen reader use
We welcome feedback on any accessibility issues you encounter.
